It's Monday and this week will be another busy one. Hubs and I are heading out of town next weekend for 4 days to visit my wonderful in-laws so my posts and reading load will be a little less than normal. :)
That being said, this week I read and reviewed three wonderful books:
Aleron by Kane, Fire Kissed by Erin Kellison, and Rogue's Pawn by Jeffe Kennedy. All of which were unique, the last two being fantastic.
This week, the plan is to finish and review:
and
Looking forward to a blog tour coming up the week after next and we are almost half way to Giveaway Day! :)

ReplyDeleteTaste sounds really good, I will have to check it out!
Love your "taste" in books! haha! (I'm super lame...I know)
DeleteTaste book cover is nice but the title throws me off when connecting the book cover. I have a habit of trying to connect cover and title together. just another bookie thing, lol
ReplyDeleteI understand what you're saying. The cover is pretty but the connection is missing. I'll let you know if I figure it out through reading the book. :)
DeleteBased on the cover, Shadow of Night looks intriguing. I look forward to seeing what it's about. The cover art on Taste is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI am sooo excited about Shadow of Night. Here's the Goodreads link: Shadow of Night
DeleteOh my gosh, Shadow of Night looks AWESOME!!!! :) Can't wait to hear what you thought of it

I love the cover of Shadow of Night - love that type of artwork. I almost bought A Discovery Of Witches the other day, finally came out in trade paperback, but decided to wait. I didn't even realize a sequel was coming out. I heard many good things about it - did you read and enjoy the first?
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading, and thanks for visiting my blog :)
I really enjoyed the first. ADoW was fantastic - so well thought out and intelligent while still whimsical. Not many authors can pull that off. ;)
DeleteI would most definitely suggest it to you! :)
Thank you for coming by. :)
Hi Jenna! Wow, two books for this week :D Cool beans ;) Me, I'm going to read The Super Spud Trilogy by Michael Diack (Humour) this week. :D

Haha! Hey lady! I've heard Super Spud is hilarious and I have it on my to-read pile. :) Can't wait to read your review!

All of these are new to me but they have some gorgeous covers!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely trip!
Thanks lady! Loving that you stopped by. :)
DeleteShadow of Night was super fun. Can't wait for the next book to come out! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
ReplyDeleteTaste has a great cover!!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! :)
DeleteI have Shadow Of Night to read, just put back in TBR as I realized it has a book before it , Discovery Of Witches, which I do not have, so gonna search around, see if anyone has it I can borrow, or trade for, even trade ebook for it as ebook. I have so many books I already own, just can't buy another right now, lol. But if I get the 1st read, then I will get to this one. I seems to be a continuation of the first, thats why I decided that. the other has an awesome cover
ReplyDeleteHope you like it.
thanks for stopping bu my blog.
ADoW is amazing - most definitely one to keep on the shelf. I love mine so much that I've never let it be borrowed! *creepy OCD about my beloved books*
DeleteIt is most definitely a continuation of the first - second in the trilogy.
Thank you for stopping by my blog too! :)
